On this page you will find our past annual reports as well as current ones, future action plans, goal sheets and designs.
The purpose it to show you where we aim to go, how we will work to get there, what we intend to do along the way and what is needed to make it all happen.
The individual files below house that information. Bear with us as we convert much of it to digital format and work to get some of the designs in a format which can be downloaded.
reWhile this concept is confirmed, it is further down our pipeline of creation than our other projects. This will have a 2026 target date, since this will be a time consuming effort with great investment needed.
We have a vision of a 1920's-1930's retro styled jazz/swing supper club where people can gather for some good food, great music and a lively night of dancing.
This 'concept' will only be open in the evenings, from 5 pm until ? Whenever the party stops and people can't dance any longer!
We want the atmosphere to be fun, carefree and lively, and if you want to come dressed for the theme... The first '20's/30's time period drink special will be on us!
We will be working toward building a small jazz/swing band for live music once we have the design and location all set. As we have updates, we will post them!
Currently we are working on the architectural design drawings in our CAD system for the building. Our name choices we've narrowed it down to are:
Fast Freddy's
Birdie's
Gigi's
If you have a suggestion, we'd love to hear it!
Gigi's won the overwhelming vote!
This concept is confirmed as a stand alone facility with an opening date 2024. Until that time, all cheeses needed for our pizza shop and other food ventures will be done in-house at-location.
Cheese is a wonderful addition to almost any meal and we feel that with the hundreds of different cheese out there in the world, you should have access to a few more than what is found in stores here in Japan.
The goal of this 'concept' is to create dozens of different kinds of cheese in a 'small-batch' boutique style so that you always get the freshest and most delicious flavor.
Cheese will be sold at the cheese mill and creamery's attached storefront, available at our restaurants for purchase and we aim in the future to have our cheeses on the shelves of local stores.
These cheeses will also be used at our other 'concept' places such as the Jazz/Swing supper/dance club, Greek and Italian restaurants, pizza shop as well as the Cheese mill and culinary school.
Currently we are working on the architectural design drawings in our CAD system for the building. Our name choices we've narrowed it down to are:
The Rowen Tree Creamery
or
Terran Cheese Factory
If you have a suggestion, we'd love to hear it!
Terran Cheese Factory wont the overwhelming vote!
This is something we will be getting off the ground very soon! It will work in conjunction with the culinary school and restaurants which are in the future.
Herbs and spices are quite expensive in Japan and you really have a limited selection to choose from. We aim to fix that with a scheduled 300+ spices, herbs, rubs and seasoning mixes for dishes around the world!
We will eventually be compiling all our special blends, rubs and mixes into a Japanese and English "cookbook', but that is in the future as it is still in the research phase.
We will hold little 'workshops' as well on how to prepare rubs and seasoning mixes and when/where and how to use the correctly in cooking.
There will also be a specialty section specific to flavored coffee (including how to roast your own beans), as well as herbal and spice teas! This part is exciting as good coffee is hard to find, and affordable or reasonably priced coffee is almost impossible to find here in Japan. So, learn to make the flavors you like, and then come back to use for all the stuff you need.
Part of the workshops we will offer will also be how to make flavored oils for cooking and essential oils as well. Cooking a dish with a flavored oil adds not only extra flavor (oftentimes allowing you to reduce or eliminate the use of salt, which is bad for you) but adds greater depth and color ti dishes.
This concept is CONFIRMED and will open in conjunction with the new traditional pizza shop in 2022! This is so that we can provide as much fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients as possible.
This 'concept' is really not so much of a store as it is an edible support system that will provide many of the fresh ingredients that will be used at the Jazz/Swing supper/dance club, Greek and Italian restaurants as well as the Cheese mill and culinary school.
Herbs, fruits and vegetables will be sold at the attached storefront, and we aim in the future to have our exotics on the shelves of local stores.
We will offer to the public for purchase some items suck as cut herbs or potted herbs, fresh exotic fruits and vegetables when available as well as hold classes on indoor and container gardening and cultivation geared for those with little outdoor space or for those who live in apartments.
Currently we are working on the architectural design drawings in our CAD system for the building. Our name choices we've narrowed it down to are:

The Good Stuff Organics
If you have a suggestion, we'd love to hear it!
Gaia Organics won the overwhelming vote!
LOOK FOR A SPRING 2022 OPENING DATE!!!
As you may have already seen on other pages, my son Edward is currently in culinary school and will graduate with his chefs license in just under 1 year. He will then travel to the Naples, Italy region for a 1 year apprenticeship with a traditional pizzaiolo to learn the traditional craft of making pizza the Neapolitan way, in the birthplace of pizza~Naples Italy.
When comes back, we will beginning the process of planning the shop, purchasing property, menu design and business registration.
The premise is to use wood fired stoves, ovens and pizza ovens to give a special unique flavor not found in food cooked on gas or electric, and to stay as true to old world style as possible.
This concept will be a very unique venture, as he will do additional training in Italy after graduation to gain a deep understanding of true Italian cuisine from those who have been making it all their lives.
Over the next year or so, we will be designing the dishes and creating the designs for this Old World Style pizza shop where good food, warm welcomes, big portions, fresh ingredients and delicious cheese will be an integral part of everything.
From olives to fresh feta cheese, and all your favorite comfort foods like mozzarella, focaccia breads, Zuppa Toscana, and a lot of freshly made pastas!
We know from experience ordering pizza for delivery to some areas is really hard and finding good pizza even is even harder. We aim to fix that and bring the real taste of Italy to our little part of Israel in the future.
Currently we are working on the architectural design drawings in our CAD system for the building.

You may have already seen on other pages, my son Edward is currently in culinary school and will graduate with his chefs license in just under 2 years. He has already decided what type of food he wants to concentrate on, well two actually, and those are Italian (real traditional old world Italian) and Greek.
The premise is to use wood fired stoves, ovens and fresh organic fruits, herbs, ,spices and vegetables to give a special unique flavor not found in food cooked on gas or electric, and to stay as true to old world style as possible.
This concept will be a very unique venture, as he will do additional training in Italy after graduation to gain a deep understanding of true traditional Greek cuisine from those who have been making it all their lives.
Over the next year or so, we will be designing the dishes and creating the designs for this countryside Greek Isles themed restaurant where good food, warm welcomes, big portions and delicious cheese will be an integral part of everything.
From olives to fresh feta cheese, and all your favorite comfort foods like moussaka, souvlaki, and many more dishes to refreshing desserts like galaktoboureko, loukoumades, and baklava. If you can't make it to the beautiful shores of Greece, we'll bring her foods to you!

Confirmed concept for full stand alone school beginning Spring 2025. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements and information!
Currently, we hold very small culinary and basic cooking classes at our current location and have found that we need more 'elbow room' and a bigger space, with bigger stoves and ovens to be able to teach all that we want to, from basic 'intro to cooking' for those who are just starting out to advanced techniques and dishes.
Cook with fresh organic and locally sourced ingredients not only allows you to use the freshest foods in your dishes for better flavors but it also goes to help local farmers, which is always a plus.
Our organic herb and spice, exotic fruit and vegetable nursery will provide those ingredients we can't find locally, in order to bring the flavors of the world right to you plate.
You'll learn how to widen your pantry with many new, exciting and delicious spices, and many new ways of using the same ingredients you now use every day. Whether you are learning as an individual or in a group, we make learning fun and enjoyable. Cooking is fun!
You may have already seen on other pages, my son Edward is currently in culinary school and will graduate with his chefs license in just under 2 years. He will eventually be taking over the Culinary Director position which will oversee the culinary school, and the two restaurants

We have a lot going on with our culinary division over the next few years, but that doesn't mean we are going to be ignoring the art and education side of our company! This concept IS confirmed, but with a tentative and flexible opening date. It will be a small store, most likely kept onsite with the English school until a bigger space is needed for it.
As we write and publish our own books and are looking to expand our publishing division with new titles and new authors covering a wide range from fiction, to non-fiction, history and education, cooking and other 'how to' books as well as manga, we will need a place to house it all!
So we decided that with all that going on, why not put is all in one place for people to find in one place. Finding English books or book in English is actually not very easy here in the area, there is a small selection at some book stores, so we feel a bookstore which specializes in books written in English would be perfect.
Eventually, we will introduce other common foreign languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, German, and Portuguese.

We have a lot going on with our culinary division over the next few years, but that doesn't mean we are going to be ignoring the art and education side of our company! This concept IS confirmed, but with a tentative and flexible opening date. It will be a small store, possibly housed together with the book store and costume shop until a bigger space is needed.
I learned how to make candles as a form of stress relief and relaxation about 10 years ago. I had a high stress job as a firefighter EMT in 2 big cities and needed a way to relax. Who knew it would turn out to be really fun too?
Turns out, making candles is very fun, even if it is at a slow pace, because you get the satisfaction of knowing you made something useful that smells great too.
This concept is a two-fold store, part store selling candles and the stuff you need to make them and part education teaching people how to make them at home themselves.
A scented candle burning brightly not only makes you feel warmer, if subconsciously, but imparts a wonderful smell throughout your house that can lift your spirits or calm your soul.

In the land where almost all clothes are made for super thin people, a growing number of people are finding it harder to find clothes that fit (anyone basically of an average US or UK size) and in the costume and cosplay area, it's even more pronounced.
Why not create these unique costume for average and bigger sized people? Who says dressing up as someone else has to be just for kids and just at Halloween time? Not us!
The mail goal is for period style clothing and specific theme types, of course for Halloween but also for year round just because. There will be creations based on styles covering the last few hundred years, (Edwardian and Victorian times) the prohibition era and the roaring 40's and 50 too among others.

We hold English classes for beginner, intermediate, advanced, preschool, TOIEC prep classes, medical and business English at our current location, but would like to move to a bigger space so that we can have more groups, and parking spaces, for more students.
We find that with so much knowledge to share, we need more space for whiteboards, maps, and other interactive and physically active classroom activities to keep on making learning a fun event.
Currently we are working on the architectural design drawings in our CAD system for the building. Our name choices we've narrowed it down to are:
The knowledge Tree
Ravencroft Education

Currently we hold our art classes in our current location, but doesn't have the space we need to spread out with easels, pottery wheels, and kiln and other fun stuff.
We are working on creating a separate stand-alone art school with attached gallery. I've mainly listed my work online or took commissioned work for specific groups or people, but I thought it would be nice to show my and students work in one place for all to enjoy.
Currently we are working on the architectural design drawings in our CAD system for the building. Our name choices we've narrowed it down to are:

The theory behind these concept stores is three-fold.
First and foremost, it will go to support Ravencroft Graphics outreach division's action plan and white paper. We can't do what we want for outreach without the funding to support it and this is how we aim to do this. When you support our company, you're helping us work toward making our goals for the Foundation achievable.
Second, it will also act as training grounds for those in the Foundations programs, giving many a fresh start and a livable income as the long-term goal. Through training and education, we feel that people will feel empowered to improve both themselves and their lives, which will enrich the lives of those around them.
What makes this so unusual is we aim to not only concentrate on the lives locally we can help, but also internationally by training others from around the world in Israel with the goal that they will stay and work in Israel.
We will not only train these new young minds, but also provide jobs for them, and others who want to join our team.
It's a WIN WIN situation for everyone!
Lastly, it will enable us to bring our work, designs, creations and much more to a wider audience for many more people to enjoy. We love what we do and want to share that with others, so of course, there will be workshops in each 'concept store' open to the general public on occasion.
Our goal is to house all 'concept stores' literally under one big roof. Food, shopping, classes and fun things to do all in one place! We do realize that this may be difficult due to the size and amount of space we'd need, so for now, we will take each 'concept one by one and work forward from there!
We're having fun designing this, and we hope you will enjoy the design when it's completed! In the near future, after the design has been completed, we will look for appropriate land or a pre-existing structure we can modify to fit our purposes.
If anyone knows of any vacant land or buildings in the Haifa, Israel and surrounding areas, let us know. If you have one and would like to donate or sell it at a low cost to us, please contact us. We are doing this solely ourselves without any corporate, banking or sponsorship funding. This is being paid for by us, so we are open to any options you may have to suggest to us.
